NOW THE REAL WORK BEGINS. 🔥\nThe Salsaché Performance Team has been selected — and we’re now deep into training and rehearsals! \nThis is no longer about auditioning or wondering whether you’re ready. \nThe team is formed. The choreography is being built. And now we’re putting in the work to become a team that can perform with confidence\, precision and presence. \nLed by international performer and teacher Tamba Salsaché Hissirou\, the team is training hard\, rehearsing choreography and developing the skills needed to perform together as one. \nWHAT WE’RE WORKING ON\n🔥 Technique & movement quality\n🔥 Choreography & precision\n🔥 Musicality & interpretation\n🔥 Footwork & partnerwork\n🔥 Spins & styling\n🔥 Stage presence & confidence\n🔥 Teamwork & connection\n🔥 Performance preparation \nWe’re not simply learning steps. \nWe’re working on timing\, precision\, musicality\, energy\, connection and the ability to perform choreography as a team. \n\nTRAINING & REHEARSALS\nThe team is now rehearsing hard. \nSessions focus on: \n• Choreography development\n• Technique & conditioning\n• Footwork & partnerwork\n• Musicality & styling\n• Timing & precision\n• Teamwork & formation work\n• Stage presence\n• Repetition & performance preparation\n• Individual feedback \nThe goal is simple: \nTo become better dancers individually — and a stronger team together. \n\nTHE JOURNEY HAS STARTED\nBeing selected was only the beginning. \nNow comes the repetition\, the discipline\, the corrections\, the sweat\, the laughs and the countless hours of putting the choreography together. \nEvery rehearsal takes us one step closer to being ready for the stage. \nSelected dancers may have opportunities to perform at festivals\, parties and special events in the future. \n\nWHAT IT MEANS TO BE PART OF THE TEAM\nBeing part of the Salsaché Performance Team means committing to the process. \nThat means: \n✅ Showing up\n✅ Training consistently\n✅ Learning choreography\n✅ Taking feedback\n✅ Supporting your teammates\n✅ Working on your individual dancing\n✅ Rehearsing until the movement becomes second nature\n✅ Performing as one team \nWe’re building something together and everyone has a part to play. \n\nFROM TRAINING ROOM TO STAGE\nThe aim isn’t simply to know the choreography. \nIt’s to own it. \nTo dance it with confidence. \nTo understand the music. \nTo move together. \nTo perform with energy and presence. \nAnd ultimately\, to step onto the floor as a team and make it look effortless. \nThe team is set. \nNow we’re putting in the work. 🔥
