A focused midweek training night for dancers looking to improve their Crossbody Salsa (On1), Chachacha and Mambo (On2) — ideal for improvers to advanced dancers who want to level up their technique and confidence.

If you already dance Salsa and want to improve your technique, musicality and movement, our Wednesday classes are for you.

Every Wednesday in Nottingham, join us for high-quality Crossbody Salsa On1, Chachacha and Mambo (On2) classes taught by Tamba in a friendly but focused environment.

These classes are designed for dancers who want to:
• refine footwork and partnerwork
• improve body movement and timing
• understand Salsa and Mambo musicality
• feel confident dancing at socials and events

♫ PLAN OF THE EVENING

7:15pm – Doors open
7:30pm – Salsa Partnerwork On1 (Improvers / Intermediate+)
8:20pm – Chachacha (Open level)
9:10pm – Mambo / Salsa On2 (Intermediate+)

• Crossbody Salsa On1 — technique, patterns, footwork and partnerwork
• Chachacha — stylish steps and partnerwork so you can dance comfortably when it’s played
• Mambo / Salsa On2 — musicality, timing and refined movement
• Solo footwork and partnerwork in every class
• Clear, structured teaching that challenges you while keeping it enjoyable

This night is best suited to dancers with previous Salsa experience who want to keep progressing.

New to Salsa?
We recommend starting with our Beginners Crossbody Salsa classes on Mondays or Thursdays, or Cuban Salsa & Rueda on Tuesdays.
